Shipping
- Your purchase with Cakewalk Kitchen will be shipped out within 1 to 5 business days from the date you place your order. You will receive an email when your purchase has shipped.
- Estimated shipping times can depend on the manufacturer’s or supplier’s location. Please review each product description for an estimate. If you do not receive shipment within estimated times, please contact us.
- If you run into any issues with delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to help you. We keep on file all postal receipts and tracking numbers, if provided. Issues with delivery are a rare occurrence.

International Shipping
- We are currently set up to ship within the United States but we can ship internationally upon request. If you would like to ship an item outside the United States please contact us and we will provide you with shipping costs which is based on weight and destination. Please note that any taxes, duties or fees applied during the shipping process is beyond our control and will be the responsibility of the receiver.
Lost or Stolen Items
- Once the USPS or shipping carrier takes possession of your package we do not have any control over it and cannot take responsibility if it is lost or stolen. If you do not receive your package in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your package through the tracking number given to each package. We find that most packages are eventually found and delivered through tracking. If your package is not recovered, it will be up to Cakewalk Kitchen’s discretion to issue a replacement.
Returns
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- Please contact us first before mailing back an item you wish to return. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and review eligibility policies.
- Tea Towels & Napkins – To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Any damages, rips, stains, odd smells (fabric absorbs odors such as smoke, mildew or perfumes easily), or any condition that would make the item unsalable will not qualify for a refund.
- All eligible returns will be reimbursed for the total cost of the item paid by the buyer. Reimbursement will be made to the buyer and not to a third-party. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
Damaged Items
- Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of any product that arrives damaged or defective. We will work with you to remedy the situation. It is our utmost goal to make you a happy customer.

- Cakewalk Kitchen strives to offer complete customer satisfaction. We can offer a replacement or a refund for the paid price of the product, if the product does not perform as described for a period of 60 days after purchase. Simply contact us and return the product as outlined above.
- Electrical kitchen products typically come with a 1 year warranty. If your electrical product stops working within one year of purchase, contact us directly to discuss eligibility for a replacement.
