Description
Indigo Shibori Flour Sack Kitchen Towel
Absolutely love this design!!!! It is achieved using a Shibori technique where the fabric is wrapped around a long pole and then scrunched together with string. The outcome is fantastic and comes out different every time.
Each tea towel is individually hand-dyed at Cakewalk Linen’s studio. Although each towel will have the same design style, each will have it’s own individual nuances. That of course is what makes original art so special.
- Made from a quality mid-weight flour sack cotton & hemmed on all four sides. Only safe cold water dyes are used to achieve colors.
- Size – 29 x 29″. Towels are prewashed and preshrunk. Will retain size.
- Color – Indigo Blue on White.
- Easy to care for. – Machine wash towels separately for the first washing in cold or warm water. Then safely wash with your other kitchen linens. The cold water dye used is permanent and color safe. Line or tumble dry. Just hand press or use a hot iron to make the design “pop”
- A beautiful gift for any occasion. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, bridal showers, housewarming or a thoughtful hostess gift.
